CBCA General Meeting - March 2026

Description

Our next general meeting will be on March 26, 2026, at the Clayton Valley Presbyterian Church/Fellowship Hall, 1578 Kirker Pass Rd., Clayton. The social mixer will begin at 6:00 pm, featuring savory and sweet baked goods from Yello! Cottage Bakery. The business meeting begins at 6:30 pm. 

THIS WILL BE A VOTING MEETING, SO PLEASE ATTEND, OR SIGN YOUR YEARY PROXY TO ENSURE A QUORUM. Please RSVP for the meeting no later than Monday, March 23, 2026, by using the button below.

6:30 pm Business Meeting/call to order/pledge of allegiance/establish quorum

6:35 pm Ceremonial check presentation to the Clayton Historical Society Museum
