CBCA General Meeting - January 2026

Our next monthly general meeting will take place on January 29, 2026, at the Clayton Valley Presbyterian Church, 1578 Kirker Pass Rd., Clayton. Social mixer will begin at 6:30 pm, followed by the business meeting at 7:00 pm. This will be a VOTING meeting, so please attend, if possible. It is important as well that you sign your yearly proxy form prior to the January 29, 2026, meeting by clicking here. This will ensure that we will always have a voting quorum.

Please RSVP for the general meeting by clicking on the Register button, no later than 5:00pm on January 27, 2026.

7:00 pm  Business meeting call to order/Pledge of Allegiance/Establish Quorum

7:05 pm  Grant request presentations and Q&A:

               Clayton Valley Garden Club- Blossoms for Barbara, $2000.

               Clayton Valley Presbyterian Children’s Center, $1500.

               Orcas Swim Team, $11,400.

7:50 pm  Treasurer/2026 Budget discussion

8:15 pm  Membership vote on grant requests and budget

8:20 pm  Floor announcements

8:24 pm  Voting results

8:26 pm  $pin the Wheel Game (jackpot begins at $229. Tickets are $1 per ticket, or 7 for $5.)
