CBCA Member Appreciation Dinner

Description

MEMBERS MUST HAVE VOLUNTEERED for a 2025 CBCA event/committee/program to attend the dinner and MUST RSVP USING THE RSVP BUTTON BELOW, no later than November 17, 2025. There is no cost for dinner, but you must RSVP your participation.

Here is the agenda for the meeting and dinner-

6:00 pm Drinks & Appetizers (Fajitas with nachos, quesadillas, guacamole, chips, wine/beer/water)

6:10 pm Annual Meeting- Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Establish quorum/ratify September and October general meeting minutes

6:15 pm Presentation by Christmas for Everyone, $5000 grant request/Q&A

6:25 pm Membership Vote on Christmas for Everyone grant request, followed by results

6:30 pm Adjourn Annual Meeting/Dinner & Festivities begin

(Build your own tacos (chicken and beef), pork tamales, prawns al diablo, rice/beans, dessert, catered by Clayton’s newest restaurant- Vinny’s Taqueria)

7:30 pm Dinner ends

Bring canned food to the meeting as a donation to the Monument Crisis Center and get one free ticket for the $pin-the-Wheel game (one ticket per person). Jackpot starts at $369 and there will be 3 winning tickets chosen to spin the wheel.
